Cambria Historic “Y” Hotel & Suites

The historic Cambria “Y” Hotel & Suites will be a creative adaptive reuse of a historically protected 1930s-era YMCA building. Hostmark has been hired by the developer to provide technical services, preopening management, and ongoing operation management upon the hotel’s opening. Burlington features diverse demand drivers including several Fortune 500 company headquarters, a significant hospital campus, several institutions of higher learning and robust regional leisure travel.

The hotel will feature the only rooftop F&B outlet in Burlington, currently being programmed as one of the top restaurants in the market. Construction is expected to commence in Summer 2020 with an estimated opening date in mid-2022.
