Hostmark Hospitality Group has recently assumed management of two select-service IHG branded properties. The Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee East and the Holiday Inn Express Chicago NW Arlington Heights are the latest additions to the Hostmark portfolio.
“We are excited to expand our relationship with some of our existing equity partners,” says Jerome F. Cataldo, President and CEO of Hostmark Hospitality Group. “These two quality properties strengthen the select service portion of our portfolio.”
The Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee East is a 135-room hotel just a few short miles from downtown Tallahassee, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. Situated minutes from FSU’s Doak Campbell Stadium and Bobby Bowden Field as well as FAMU’s Bragg Stadium, the Holiday Inn Express is the preferred hotel for the Florida State Seminoles and Florida A&M Rattlers.
The Holiday Inn Express Chicago NW Arlington Heights is conveniently located minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport as well as many corporate headquarters and manufacturing hubs in the Northwest suburbs and Chicago. With 111 rooms and meeting space to accommodate up to 45 people, the hotel provides a fantastic alternative to expensive downtown properties and long travel times post-flight.
Hostmark Hospitality Group has a long history of managing IHG properties in Chicago, Florida and beyond. Hostmark’s relationship with the Holiday Inn brand started when Chairman Bud Cataldo joined the company as a catering manager in 1967. He later became an award-winning general manager for the brand before serving as a Midwest-region district director. Hostmark currently operates four other IHG properties, including one other Holiday Inn Express.
